At this time, we ship only to addresses within the continental United States and Canada. Orders placed outside these regions will be canceled and refunded. Phytosanitary certificates are not issued, and we cannot guarantee delivery or customs clearance for any location outside of these regions. These limitations may be applied on a case-by-case basis.

We may also limit the quantities of products available for purchase. All descriptions and pricing are subject to change without notice, and products may be modified or discontinued at any time. Any offer for a product or service is void where prohibited.

No guarantee is made that any product, service, or content will meet your expectations or that any service-related errors will be corrected.

All seeds and products are guaranteed to meet only those label standards required by applicable State and Federal Seed Laws. No additional express or implied warranties are provided, including those of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, all items are sold “as is.”

Taiga assumes no liability for seed- or product-borne diseases. No assurance is made that any seed or product is free from pathogens. If a product fails, compensation is limited to a refund of the purchase price. We do not reimburse for growing costs, harvest losses, or other indirect expenses, regardless of the legal basis for a claim.

Despite careful handling, we cannot guarantee freedom from seed- or soil-borne diseases. Growing conditions vary widely, and some species are more susceptible than others.

By accepting our products, you agree to the terms above. These terms represent the full agreement regarding liability or warranty. Any claims must be made within 30 days of discovering a defect. After that, Taiga assumes no responsibility. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so certain limitations may not apply.

Any technical or planting advice provided is given free of charge and without warranty. Taiga is not liable for the results of any guidance offered.

SECTION 6 – ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion. This includes orders placed under the same account, credit card, billing address, or shipping address. If changes are made to your order, we may notify you using the contact information provided at checkout.

Taiga does not sell to resellers, distributors, or third-party fulfillment services without prior written approval.

You agree to provide complete, accurate, and current information for all purchases, including your billing and shipping details. It’s your responsibility to update contact and payment information as needed to complete transactions and receive communications.
