Full Product Description

Bob Gordon is a standout elderberry cultivar prized for its heavy yields, flavorful fruit, and dependable performance in colder zones. Its unique drooping fruit clusters form beneath the canopy, offering natural protection from birds and increasing harvest success.

We’ve grown certified organic Bob Gordon plants in our Zone 3 fields for over five years. They're reliable, vigorous, and adaptable to a range of soil conditions. From pollinator-friendly blooms to deep fall foliage and late-season berries, this shrub brings something to the table in every season.

Each cutting or seedling comes from our own organic mother plants; selected for cold-hardiness, disease resistance, and productivity. The berries are rich in vitamin C and perfect for juice, jelly, syrup, wine, or drying.

Recommended for edible landscapes, privacy hedges, food forests, and small farms.
